Day 1

         Every year I think to myself that I am going to change.  Most years, and I mean years and years and years even as a young preteen it would be to lose weight.  This year isn't exactly any different, however, the approach and thought pattern will be.  I want to take a different path to health, not just focusing on a number on a scale but a total approach to health and longer life.

I will be posting information here to keep track and to hone in on the goals I have for myself.

  • Investigate Leaky Gut and begin following an eating plan to help repair a leaky gut
  • Investigate filters to provide pure drinking and showering water.  
  • Research and investigate Candida overgrowth.  
  • Get fresh air and body activity
  • cut down on sugar and eliminate it totally, eventually
